REFORM
Our signature class on the Pilates Reformer that provides you with a total-body high intensity, low impact workout, combining cardio and strength training to help improve endurance, flexibility and overall strength. The lights are low, the music is high. Your trainer will push you through slow and controlled movements sequenced to get your muscles to that quivering state. Our signature moves can be amplified or modified to accommodate your individual goals.

RISE + GRIND

BALANCE + BLOOM
A gentle, strength-building Reformer Pilates class designed to support every stage of life.
For Prenatal Clients: Enhance stability, relieve tension, and prepare your body for birth with controlled, pregnancy-safe movements on the reformer.
For Active Agers (65+): Improve posture, flexibility, and strength to support longevity and confidence in everyday movement.

CHAIR SCULPT
A Pilates Chair-Only Workout
A high-intensity, full-body Pilates class using only the Pilates Chair, no reformer needed! This workout targets every muscle, but the booty and core burn will take things to the next level. Expect controlled movements, dynamic strength work and balance challenges that will leave you sculpted, strong and shaking in the best way.
